or never? The Empire gives much to it’s people, it’s good that many wish to
pay it back or forward.

the other gases bring the oxy level from 20% to 40%, this new machine will
boost it to 50%-60% reducing the amount of flow she needs rather than forcing
more flow into her. The only way to get it higher is having VERY dangerous
liquid oxy tanks… no thanks, I’ve dealt with liquid nitrogen at the factory,
it takes special training and I’m 25 years out of the certification.
This is why Imperial schools place such a heavy emphasis on the three pillars of a
free society – Responsibility, Duty, and Honesty. “Honor”, if you will.
“Imperial” schools are also independent, supported by direct contribution, tuition,
and charitable organizations. The Empire itself actually has very little to do with
education.
Actually, the Empire has little to do with anything other than protecting it’s
citizens and promoting the common good.
The citizens’ lives are a result of the choices they make, and the education
system gives them the tools and information they need to make good decisions.
From what I see in real life, people think the only responsibility is only
to themselves and duty is only for military people. and don’t get me
started on honor, you guys here and my father are the only ones I’ve
met that understand that.
That’s the result of working for long-term gains, rather than short-term profits, another
product of education, Imperial style.
I’ve written Minka Imogen as the result of that. She runs Imogen in a way that her short-term
gains are lower, but by rewarding her employees with loyalty, performance incentives,
and profit sharing, she has a growing, healthy company full of loyal, long-term employees
that appreciate her and will always take care of Imogen’s best interests.
That’s also why the military rewards innovation and clear thinking from the ranks.
Everything I see here and in RL says the same thing; DRH and ran by a military
style monarchy can create a good life for all. IF the leaders are sticking with the
DRH and not like a bunch of seagulls crying out MINE! MINE! MINE! Heh. The
fact of how the is school system is set up alone shows very nicely in the first
story. (Damn it! my universe jumping machine just keeps popping out tribbles…
Oh well, they make nice snacks for my sister’s ferrets…)

out of room sadly, 40 of them takes up a LOT of space.

but her oxy level hit 99%! Until she had to use the
bathroom, just walking in there and back it dropped
to 92%. She used to do minor things around the house
but now she’s limited to the bed, bathroom and
kitchen table.
