  1. plausible deniability .. couldn’t say before.
Matthew came to see Carl. he was never in 312.

and i would say the E4 Mafia found out who took
    his little nest egg…

    • Sam

Ah-ha! So in 1472 Matthew was asking about Carl, not about the
case of smoked sausage, who just happened to be in room 312.
Sneaky, PC! Very sneaky. I love it!!!

      • Yes, got me too. But I now suspect that Matthew pulled subtle
strings to see that Sausage Man and Carl were across the hall
from each other, just to simplify his alibi, or line his two birds
up for a single stone throw, pick yer metaphor as ye will.

    • It only makes sense, I had forgotten that Carl
was in that short gun fight and got winged.
I’m sure visiting roasted nuts was a side-task,
I know I wouldn’t want to be on Matthew’s bad
side 😉 He makes me look like a huggable teddy
bear! Yes, wifey did call me that now and then,
it was years before I worked up the nerve to
tell her about my past any why I’d get depressed
      during the holidays.

  2. Well Now I know when this was, right after the “droids” were freed.
Which completely blows the idea of Mystery Man was involved here.
That’s ok, I’d say that’s a plot line PC can run at his leisure.

Ah, so the guy chasing her was a thief that hired her to find stuff?
Or just a different guy doing what she was, only he was stealing it.
Alssya, never feel bad when someone is clearly a threat. Hell,
I’ve curb-stomped wrists and ankles to make sure the lesson was
easy to understand for their limited brains.

    • ..

stealing – from the way he’s acting,.
Alyssa pointed out stuff was being ‘misplaced’.
and he wanted his ‘profit’ out of her hide.
and yes.! by what ever means necessary.

      • Trust me, there was 3 guys I wanted to do it to their heads.
Never got the chance… 2 were tourists that ran away and
the 3rd died in prison. Pity.
