Miral is very contained in her actions. No claws. The cabin’s view is terrific. Thank-you.

Yes, she is. You might not be aware of the back story regarding Catians. Cats are not a naturally evolved species. Centuries ago they were gene engineered by an evil, amoral Lamian scientist who would have made Mengele look like a choir boy by comparison. Evil as this guy was (sorry but I cannot recall if PC ever told us his name) he was never the less a brilliant gene engineer and scientists. He designed/built Cats for the sole purpose of being slaves – both the the regular variety and as sexual slaves.

Starting with the basic human genome, he carefully spliced in several traits feline morphology. While Catians have visible traits similar to terrestrial felines, fundamentally they are human. I would argue that their proper species name should be “Homo Sapiens Felinus”. Regardless, their phenotype breeds true even if they are not interfertile with humans and yet, such was their creator’s evil genius, they can even serve as transplant donors with practically zero likelihood of rejection. Cats are also stronger and (for short distances – they are more nearly sprinters than marathoners) faster than humans with better vision and significantly faster reflexes. They also have stronger bones and tougher skin. Catians grow up and mature faster than humans with a concomitant shorter over all lifespan. Catman will likely correct me but if I have counted on my fingers correctly our spirited “Wildcat” (Miral) is only 16 now but you can see she is fully physically, mentally and emotionally mature (if just a tad high strung).

I presented the above to correct a.possible misapprehension you might have. You mentioned Miral not using her claws. While she is (for her 😉 ) being quite restrained, she in fact has no claws. She has hands and feet exactly like yours and mine; not paws.

Sidebar: Considering how close Miral has her face to Shimizu’s I fervently hope she has not recently consumed one of the protein shakes Cats need and are fond of. I wouldn’t want to be that close to her soon after a mackerel shake! 😉

Miral being that close to Sushi, I hope that both have recently brushed their respective teeth and gargled with mouthwash.

Miral’s lecture to Sashimi cuts to the heart of the concepts of “face”, “honor”, and “family”. Whatever Sashimi does , DOES directly affect her father’s trade negotiations. Grow up, little spoiled putrid princess, before you’re cut adrift to make your own way, without support of family or nation.

Damn! While I agree entirely with his sentiments, I haven’t hear the F-bomb thrown around like that since I was at Marine OCS in 71. Young man has a point I just wish he would use a tad bit less censorable language.

I don’t care for rap either, but that young man had a message. And if that’s the medium needed to get that message to the people who need to hear it, then I’ll learn to tolerate rap.
