I stand corrected. You are right, PC. Somehow I had the concepts
of sociopath and psychopath reversed in my head before I looked
them up. Which means I misidentified Katrina a couple of episodes
ago.
I was diagnosed as a manic depressive with schizophrenic tendency,
I kept flipping over some line. I don’t remember much about those days,
mostly someone yelling at me or having to talk to a cop…
Or the nice guy that loved to light a candle…
I did have nice naps during those visits heh.
I’m ok, I’ve got to see a brain specialist. It happened again a
little while ago, didn’t last as long or as bad. Something about
my optic nerves and blood flow, I was kinda out of it between
the pain meds and the thinners.
I started to say ‘good’, but “that’s a relief” comes closer.
And “it could be worse” is too dismissive. Please stay on top of it,
whether you share it with us or not.
I’m suppose to take 325mg aspirin as a blood thinner and I
ran out. I kept forgetting to get more so I guess it caught
up with me? After they took out my gall bladder my HDL
shot up to the point the doc said my blood was like milk…
Who knew? Plus my blood is rather thick so I drink a lot
Doesn’t seem to help. I was on pain meds because nitro
gives me blinding headaches.
Thanks, I’m trying. Between getting my father on hospice,
dealing with my sister’s death and trying to figure out her
billing payment methods, and failing to find my father’s
misplaced wallet (for the 5th time) I forget things. And I’ve
decided in looking for a speech to text program, I’m
getting sick and tired of spending as much time
proof-reading as typing… 8 fingers don’t work well touch
typing (grumbling).
I see my family doctor Monday, she’ll send me to the specialist from there.
The VA and doctors move at a snail’s pace… sigh… I’m betting that Doc
will blame it on me or my stress etc. They usually do.
I figured they could, how else could they decide if a person was a good one or not?
With that kind of backup/intel, she shouldn’t have any problems. If she does, she’s
got the boys to back her up.
That frigate is going to be a killer even on it’s own, love the paint job. I think that
should be Katrina’s full time envoy ship, there’s going to be a lot of work for her
in the coming years.
Good one. “Can’t” and “won’t” mean different things and have
different limitations. My bet is they can identify him without
‘reading’ him per se. Like I can see a flame without petting it.
I can guess, it’d be like willfully shoving your arm into an
open septic tank. For no other reason but you could…
Looking into it is bad enough for anyone, much less feeling

I’d feel sorry for any Dragonfly reading my mind,
they might be disturbed by images like my holding
a guy’s wrists while I’m pinning him to a wall
with my foot on his throat…

A couple of years ago my son and I caught TSC doing the very same thing,
had a “Black Friday” sale on feed, I pushed over the sale tag and it was
the very same price underneath. They raise the price, then return it to the
old price for the sale, so no one will notice the rate increase after the sale…

I also have certain items I buy Every single month
on subscription so I don’t have to worry about
trash bags, cat food, or any everyday thing. I
get anywhere from 5% to 15% discount on anything
else because I have over 5 items on my list.
Amazon is (currently) cheaper on that stuff than
stores, even Costco or Sam’s Club.

and understood exactly what was meant without
needing to reinterpret. Of course, I drop words
all the time, so . . .
Finally! The gal from the hospice is coming to evaluate my wife,
I’m hoping she’ll accept her as well, it’ll take a lot of stress off
my mind having backup.
And by next week, she’s on hospice. Better oxy machine,
both her meds and her incontinent supplies are covered.
Now I can focus on getting a self-start backup generator
and I can sleep again.
Heh, I know. Which is why I want to go
with a vox program, I can proofread
while saying it. Besides, it’ll give
Luckylady (wife) a few giggles when
she hears me… Or an excuse to throw
her pillow at me, again… HEH.
I forgot to add, I won’t be on hospice myself,
but in light of my temporary blindness,
they want to add me to the visiting nurse’s
check list here. Just in case. I’ll be a client
as well.
