was bad enough. Thing like jumping feet first into a barrel,
crawling through a line of free laying open ended ones, and
don’t you DARE make them rock during your crawl. He was
teaching stealth not endurance,
in an unconventional way I guess.

Sorry to hear that. I might as well be not there,
for all my lack of activity. email is still the same,

fading away from an online presence, and rarely even check
anymore. Just here and shopping, like Amazon or ebay when

Yes, Yamato is a very graphic, brutal movie.
Yet the director managed to intertwine a very gentle,
tender love story in with the brutality in a way that
made the movie so much more than a simple war story.
That is why I like it so much, the complexity of the
characters and the story were so skillfully done that
it all hangs together as a single work of art that
humanizes and brutalizes it’s main protagonists,
and gives a serious depiction of a multi-dimensional
society as well.
I see I’m going to have to add a Part II to the
Shimizu-Miral story.
Well TGW is now at #13. What I don’t get is where
the votes are coming from on some of those comics.
The comic in 12th place hasn’t been updated in
over TWO YEARS!
How can it be 150 votes ahead of TGW?
The comic I was referring to was “The Depths” which
hasn’t been updated (at least the last story page
date) since March 20th of 2022.
There are author updates dated this year but the
last story segment was in 2022.

This morning, I logged on to TGW and voted for it from home.
Then I proceeded to TWC to read and vote for some other
comics I like. I accidentally closed that tab, so I went back
and clicked on the Vote link at TGW. I knew I couldn’t vote
again so soon, but rather than telling me I could vote again
in 22 hours, it told me I could vote again in 8 hours.
It’s weird, I ran across it a few times voting for TGW,
some days it’s 24, some days it’s 12, and of course it’s 8 hrs.
It’s not about votes any more, it’s payola.
You know… If I were to want to swap out two people for one
another, a deep mudpit or shower would be a good place to
do it. Say, using a rebreather rig while submerged in the mud,
to swap places with someone who is trained to imitate the
voice and gestures of the Head Of State? Or swap places in
the shower, with her guards knowing the Plan, in either case?
Is

as i said, they (twc) put comics in the top ten to get ‘notice’,.
that sed,, none of comics are “New”.. so, what they are
doing is pushing the adds.!
