required result as described in the statute. 4) They
must negate any defense put up by the defendant
i.e. the law will say something like “it is a defense
that blah, blah, blah”. The prosecution must negate
any defense which would make the defendant not
guilty. taulsk’s scenario could be a defense but then
there would be a burden of proof on the part of the
defense that such a scenario is probable.
And, also… While there are female rapists, probably more than we
know of, they tend (IMO) to be more of statutory rapists, cougars
who seduce minor boys. Like that teacher several years ago who
got preggers by one of her students. Was it rape? Yes, because he
was below the age of consent. Did he complain? Heck, no! He was
