someone has cancer, they are close to 50% more
likely it’ll come back, and I’m on my 3rd time now…
I can’t even drink coffee with cream! Well, not
until after the scan. I know I’ll kick cancer’s ass
if it’s there, just not looking forward to chemo.
Hell, what little hair I have left matters to me! 😉

biopsy on a lymph node in my neck. So, yeah,
I can completely understand how you feel.

cancer is easy IF it’s caught before it spreads.

And, simply, as hard as it might be, don’t let it getting you.
Cancer is a pain, and it does set you back, but the less you let it take
over your life and change your outlook on life, the better you will do.
Before they would be young adults by 14 – 15 years old,
now they will reach 21 -25 for their bodies to mature.
Miral was only 12 when she started in the Empire, which
would be like 17 – 18 in Terran terms.
I doubt it, any kits might suddenly slow their development,
but most of the kits that have been acting like young adults
might stay that way a bit longer. I’m more worried about
the ones in “their final years” as they put it, Loki said that
the elders would feel invigorated, lord knows I wish I did!

I would avoid an older water cooled card, I’ve had to open
up both of mine and top them up with distilled water. Not
fun, no leaks, just normal sublimation through the hoses.
A dry 3060 has better overall specs, at about the same
price new. That’s what I went to at first, my dual 3060 rig
renders twice as fast as my dual 1080ti rig, and my newest
rig with a 3090 renders twice as fast as two 3060s……
for about 1.5 times the price, used, on ebay.
Funny, the processor doesn’t seem to matter much. I’ve
tried that card in both an I7 8th gen and n I7 11th gen,
and the difference was negligible. Rendering with the CPU
would probably show a difference,
but I do all of my rendering with the GPU.
I’m not going to a 40-or-5090, because my workflow keeps
up with the 3090 well enough as it stands.

Pet scan went ok, I just love sitting around for an
hour with an IV in me. Ill know the results tomorrow.

I have had to have repeated kidney scans hooked
up to an IV and a catheter and bag. Great fun.
