A bit too late for that, I’ve noticed on 1288 P7 that Mala got a
cut on his forearm, and now in P7 there’s a slash across his
lower chest and stomach. All Mala has is a small cut on her
cheek and a sore jaw, even he has to know it’ll be over very
soon. She’s just too fast for a big, lumbering guy. Hell, even
in my youth I’d be sweating bullets just sparing with her!
Granted, he didn’t hear it, when we did at least, but she’s
already said no survivors and he probably expects that.
He has no real incentive to surrender. Her offering it is
a ploy, either to put him off his guard or to get an
opportunity to question him before killing him.
This puts me in mind of a part of the fight scene

It seems like the UPS to USPS shipping is dependent on the shipper,
and the size of the package. I have gotten the “insufficient address”
message several times when the UPS truck arrived at our little rural
post office after noon, which is when they close. It generally shows
up the next day, and I’ve quit worrying about it. I’ve had one package
go to an entirely wrong address, 20 miles from here. Fortunately, they
looked me up and sent me an e-mail. And I’ve had a couple of items
just disappear. I had a trailer hitch that was reported as “damaged in
shipping” and replaced. It was a solid metal bar, almost 2 feet long.
You wouldn’t damage it by running over it with a tractor/trailer.
The strangest one was a package that was supposedly delivered to
me in Waco. That’s 40 miles from here. I reported the problem, but
my regular driver showed up with it that evening, right on time. He
pointed out one sticker was missing, so it probably got rubbed off
on another package and reported as delivered.

I once had a UPS package left on my porch that was addressed to a woman on another road.
I just loaded it in my van and took it to her. She met me at her door, immediately accused me
of trying to steal her package and called the Sheriff. I went home.
The deputy showed up, I explained what happened, and he just shook his head and said “It happens.”
It happened again a few months ago. I left it on my porch and called UPS. They wanted all kinds of
irrelevant information. I just gave them my address, there’s a package on my porch that doesn’t
belong to me, have your driver pick it up.
It sat on my porch for over a month, got soaked with rain a couple of times…
I finally caught a UPS driver making a delivery, asked him to get the package off my porch, and
haven’t heard anything since.
I will NEVER redeliver another package for anyone! (Unless I know them.)

get an email one day inviting you. Some think it’s from writing reviews
that get a lot of views. The odds are that there are a number of factors,
such as what you buy, where you live, your demographics, etc. You
should be a Prime member. There is a daily list of available items.
That list is currently 2600 pages long, some 94,000 items. They are
all items that have either no reviews, or less than 30 reviews. You
start on the silver level and can order up to 3 items daily, each with
a value of $100 or less. You have to review at least 90 items per six
months, and you have to review at least 90% of what you order. If you
do that for six months, you will be promoted to gold level, where you
can order up to 8 items daily, any value. The kicker is that you have
to pay income and self-employment taxes on the value of the items.
You can’t sell or give away the items for six months. And 94,00 items,
but do you really need 4 no-name spark plugs for a 2010 Kia? And most
of the stuff is unknown brands of new products. The highest ticket item
I’ve gotten is an electric drum set, priced at $429. A lot of stuff is,
of course, things you would probably never order.
And some of the stuff is exactly what you needed.
Huh… I just had the exact opposite happen with me.
First name and house number were the same s mine, so I actually
opened the package, thinking my friends had checked it out.
What was inside was an item that I not only hadn’t ordered, but had no
need for. (Health related item, get your minds out of the gutter)
I then rechecked the name and full address and realised the mistake,
had a friend take it to the correct address, and apologised for opening it.
It had been sent USPS, and they’re usually VERY accurate on the

I was going to wait on it, but I can’t sleep and my wife and son are a
bit freaked out. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been feeling ill, and now my
back is causing me a lot of pain. It feels a lot like it was in 2020, just
before I found out about my cancer. I had blood work done yesterday,
and I’m meeting with a doctor Thursday about it. I’m praying it hasn’t
came back, or that my kidney is failing. Either way, I feel like shit.
Sitting here at my desk is getting to be too much, but I hate laying
around. I’ll keep you all posted as I find out what’s next.

Just got a call, I’ve got to get a liver scan done.
I guess my heavy drinking in my 20’s has finally
caught up with me. Was NOT what I expected,
but my hope is it’s manageable. I stopped about
39 years ago!
Mala is like any well-trained fighter, it’s fun to have a challenge
now and then. She had him pegged from the start, so now she’s
crushing his pride by showing him how wrong he is about
everything. I know once I had confidence, I’d love a good scrap.
Mala is leaps and bound better than I ever was
I ALMOST hope this guy survives and has a change of heart. His martial arts skills
are quite good, if, injured as he is, he’s been able to keep up with Mala.
Her kicking his butt, even after allowing him a breather to regroup, would definitely
show a high degree of honor, and, as I suspect he KNOWS that they were sent on a
suicide mission that they had little, if any actual hope of accomplishing, he may be
wise enough to take the “L” and live. If not, at least he fought well…
