Nice calico in the tag office, BTW. Not as pretty as ours but nice all the same. Did you know that all calico cats are female? It’s true. The calico gene is carried on the X chromosome and there must be two copies for the pattern to express. Also, the difference between calico and tortoise shell is that calico always has white but tortoise shell never does. So if a cat has patches of different colored fur but it has no white anywhere, it’s a tortoise shell. If it has white then it’s a calico and a female. I looked it up the morning after we brought our baby home. She’s 12 or 13 weeks old now. Another 4 weeks and she goes in for field mods. Wasn’t sure about the claws but with all the healing my arms and legs have had to do she’s gonna get the full suite. It doesn’t take much to strip hide off me any more and being on both Xarelto AND Plavix means even a pin prick leaves a dark spot under my skin. She’s going to be an indoor cat so she doesn’t need front claws anyhow.
1 in 3000 is male.. is still very rare.. and more of a mutant cuz it has to have 2 X chromosomes and one Y.. and because of that about half are sterile..
NHS says it’s going into Conneticut as a tropical storm. Appears to me to be too far off the coast of any of the other states to do much damage. https://www.spaghettimodels.com/ is where I get most of my information. Straight facts, not sensationalized.
I’ve lived within 50 miles of the Gulf of Mexico my entire life, I’ve seen lots of storms, including the eye of Camille in ’69.
I’ve lived most of my life 3 hours from Corpus Christi myself and have seen my share of storms. Shit tons of rain and high winds come with the things plus when they come inland all that rotational energy spawns tornadoes. Hurricanes – the storms that keep on giving.
more like ‘expanded’ into insurance and gave her (Muriel) own office..
with all the hires,, both drivers and dispatchers,. being able to work 24/7 and not over work anyone..
… and we wont go into the accident scammer incident … got to love dash cameras…
Hmmm Looks like our engineer has changed the spelling of his name back. 😉
Thanks to you!

So Muriel is no longer in the bus/taxi service?
They parked in the Cab Company parking lot, maybe the Walker Sisters are in the insurance business now.
