Here’s an idea, space the adults and raise the pups on Catia. The adults are beyond redemption but there is hope for the pups. There is no inborn animosity (at least for the most part) between dogs and cats that I have seen. We have had “mixed” households through the years with little to no problems. I well remember when we brought our first (retired racing) greyhound home. Our cat was wary but watching 65lbs of animal bred to be the weapon on a hunt cowering fear at 5lbs of cat was hilarious.
Well, since this combat segment is borrowing much from Weber’s Harrington terminology and such, may as well borrow his method of dealing with pirates. Piracy is grounds for summary execution, unless you come up with info that makes you worth merely putting in jail. Space em.
Always being the student of the put down & the insult, I can’t wait to see what Cherry does to “Biff Jock”. I’ll be taking notes.
(rubs hands together gleefully, with a wicked chuckle).
I didn’t know salted wasabi was a thing. Now I want to try it, orally that is.
Bet she’s going to go back and act like she just satisfied the entire Roman Legion.
Wasabi is very real. Some call kt Japanese horseradish. It is in the same family of plants as horseradish and mustard. The condiment wasabi is a paste made from the root of the plant. Lot of folks.love it. It’s supposed to be pungent and sorta spicy hot. I don’t care for it. When I tried it while stationed in Japan I got a blast of something like dry cleaning fluid (okay what I imagine dry cleaning fluid would taste since I never actually tried it) and my tongue basically went numb. Never considered wasabi to be a good candidate for either an enema or hemorrhoid cream but I don’t think I want to test it. You understand. 😉
I like wasabi! But I have a low tolerance for it. I learned to mix it with soy sauce, and make a dip. I dip the sushi in it.
Then I read somewhere that this isn’t considered polite, you are only supposed to put a thin layer of the wasabi directly on the sushi. Therefore, I kept doing what I had been doing, because some text I read somewhere is not the boss of me.
My technique is to mix a small amount of soy sauce into the wasabi, to turn a thick paste into a thin paste; then add more soy sauce to get a wasabi solution. I have learned how much I like. You can always start with a small amount.
LOL you guys are welcome to all the cleaning fluid you can eat. Lots of other Asian stuff to eat. I.dearly love gyoza and yakisoba. Sukiyaki is incredible and damned near anything is good tempura. I love just about any type of Ozushi and both flavors of omiso. Actually, I love damned near every Japanese dish EXCEPT wasibi – and sashimi. Also love yaki mandu and kimche and bulgogi with a nice bottle of grape oscar to drink. (Always knew when the 141 had entered Korean airspace cause you can smell kimche at 30,000 ft.) Lumpia and pancit is fit to commit mayhem over (but you can keep balut) And as for dipping sauce, gimme a nice mixture of soyu, sesame oil and spicy pepper sauce (or Tabasco if I can’t get the Asian pepper sauce) the hotter the better for dipping spring.rolls or gyoza.
I’ve got a feeling that Jami and Cherry are going to be an item… I think she rather likes his honesty, and that he’s a genuinely nice guy…
Although, you never know, shapely shoulder blades MIGHT be a major turn on for him… I’ve heard of.weirder turn ons…
Looks like the Catian traders might.want to travel in groups… Not just for security and cargo loads, but also for SNR in case of pirate raids and accidents
Me thinks Biff is in for another rough time. Cherry Delight is DEElightfully angry. What indeed are they going to do with all the hostiles?

Our old pit bull cuddles our cats, is patient until a new cat learns he’s a friend, and is as protective of them as he was of our kids.

“Snapped it like a twig”
Wow! A potent and powerful pixie. Do not cause perturbations.
Yeah, I was right about the breaker, wrong about the method.
The Wyvern image on the Characters page is interesting. Look forward to see more views of it.
Also, the picture above it is just black – inspection shows it should be at http://thegentlewolf.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/big3.png,
but I suspect the picture has moved, been deleted, or is corrupt.

I love the wasabi “kick”……but occasionally, and in small doses.
I love the stuff. Dehydrated wasabi-coated english peas are a great munching snack while I’m working
What DD said. Uummmmmmm………

The pistachio ice cream has TURNED!
Can they tow the lifeboats with gravity beams?
