Weird: I can’t see the comments.
I can tell there are comments – it says so at the bottom of the comic panels – and I have the Comment posting box (which I am using now), and it tells me I’m logged in.
But I can’t see any comments, and that is true in all the comics, not just 796. It is also true in Firefox, Chrome and Edge, so it’s probably not browser related.
Have you switched the comments panel off by accident?
updating : had to turn off auto update on tablet.. otherwise it would constantly update an burn all my usage time ,, but when i do update, it takes over my desktop priority,. IE: when i sign in on my desk, it asks “do you want to make this new device (desktop) primary device?”.. also, wen it was auto updating, would only update on wifi.. IF i turned off wifi or plugged into USB, it would lock up an blue screen till wifi was back on.. o.0
Remember the brute-force attacks on WordPress that caused so many problems here last year?
Well, they’re back.
Colonial Oil and that meat place both use WordPress, which has some killer security programs, if you pay for them and use them!
Needless to say, I just have basic security.
It’s at the point that you can’t take a breath without cash in your hand.
But then, it’s tax and fee season.
okay. I can see doing a ransomeware attack on some corporation with (presumably) deep pockets. But why attack a common platform such as WordPress? Makes no sense to me. Unless the motive for hitting little guys is simple vandalism.
I’m not sure exactly how the rules in the “boss fight” work, but I’m almost 100% certain that King T’Chaka is breaking the rules by grabbing a lethal weapon and trying to use it.
Of course, it wasn’t the best plan to yell “You’re DEAD!” He just wasted time he could have spent shooting and maybe Gorilla is going to reach him before he can pull the trigger. I also wonder if there is a neutral person officiating the duel who might intervene when the rules are broken. Either way I don’t see this ending well for T’Chaka.

Additional info: The story “Kathy meets Kajm” is suddenly in reverse order. Haven’t checked if it also is so for the other stories – Wifey NMI, you know 😉
attacking the small guys to pressure the wordpress company. Small guys have no resources to strike back, or have good safety measures. If they attack the small guy wordpress will lose clients and so lose money.

I made the mistake of updating all of my WordPress plugins, messed up a lot of stuff and I don’t know how to fix it!
