Who are the “Disruptors”?
I don’t have a link yet, but they’re the blind ones that provided the advanced
FTL ships to the Core for the first invasion of the bunny world. And in panel 8 here:

I kept calling them the “beetle guys” for a lack of an identity,
as they were there with a blob being that reminded me of a shape-
shifter I had seen in another comic that faded away.
Only this one was much larger. This one I seen before was about the
size of a semi-deflated beach ball with eye stalks and an attitude.

I bought something I believe belongs in all senior (I’m 74, she’s 73) homes.
It’s a floor lift chair. If someone falls,
this can lift them off the floor and up to where they can stand up.
Hopefully we won’t need it for a while. Getting old sucks biggly!

That looks neat and the video looks good as well.
Interesting, but I noticed that not one picture showed it laid out flat, since by appearances,
the section where the back is attached, it a big wedge, so no one can be rolled onto it,
they have to be able to partially sit up, and scoot sideways. Not to say that it is useless,
but my mother, before she passed, was unable to sit up, due to hip trouble,
so trying to get her to shift sideways, while partially sitting, would have been agony for her,
but she could sit upright on a couch or chair without issue.
It was her sitting up, while on a hard surface, that was the problem.
It still could be very useful, depending on the issues with the person on the floor.
it does lay flat – ish… about 3 inchs…
IF you want them flat off the floor you have to disable the upright…
as it is designed to be a seated support,.
This would be helpful in some cases, but when my father
started falling often he could not sit up much less scoot.
The hospice people were going to get us a sling lift but
he passed away before they got us one. The worse fall
was in his bathroom, I had to call his nurse to check him
before we could get him up. He had laid there all night,
not once calling out because he was embarrassed.
Julian thinks he’ll be Minka’s executive assistant.
When her actual executive assistant is sitting right there,
hearing everything.

Cocky a-hole has already sealed his fate, I’m curious
as to what Mavia and Miral will do to maximise these
fools embarrassment level. What I don’t get is how
these ugly people could have produced a sweet and
lovely lady and her not turning out like them, bitter
and cruel.

cuz he would know her assistant is sitting right there.! “in plain sight.!”
would be funny,,, he’s the janitor.! and knows this stuff, because he
read it off her desk. when she’s gone.
and i wood go as far to say Mavia knows Exactly who he is,. as SHE
would know any one who gets close to Minka.!!!
Caught in a bare-faced lie then, I can’t wait for Monday’s strip.
Knowing those 2 they WON’T be “nice” about it either. I think
he’ll be heading to workfare after this, if they would take him.
But I suspect he’s the golden child so mummy and dada will
make excuses for his crappy behavure.
I just moved my computer back in my bedroom, loving the AC
and the fact I won’t have to listen to the “click-click” of the
cam in the living room anymore. I’m about to unplug it since
the excuse for it is long gone now.
My bet is that as soon as he finds out he’s NOT on her short list for
connubial bliss, he accuses her of being a lesbian, because he can’t
accept the fact that he in fact is NOT God’s gift to, well, anyone.
I’m going to retire and let you write the stories.

Like maybe having Thor and Steven happen through and express
their low opinion of his chances in their circles as well.
Pretty much what I was thinking. Maybe they are just that unaware
of their surroundings, but I was beginning to suspect some kind of
staged event until Becky stood up. I mean, they can presumably
dress themselves and speak intelligibly if not intelligently, right?
But I had no idea what the game was or who was the target. Just
hard to believe they’re that stupid and not in an institution. Kind of
like Sarah and Marcus Chen.

Microsoft had several “denial of service” attacks
when I was a mod, it’s part of the reason they
dropped client-based (program) chat service and
went with web-based. I kinda figured that’s what
happened.
I had a very bad day yesterday, I started on the backed up
pile of dishes and it reminded me of my wife and I would
do them together and I broke down hard. Rob, I would have
called but I forgot to write down your number. I went to look
for it and the web site was down. I’m just glad I had my son
lock me bang-bangs. he sat with me for a while but it got to
him too.
