  1. Catman, where did you find that gorgeous Vette model?
That and the original Stingray Vette were the two
    most beautiful models ever!

    • My favorite cars were: the ’68 Chevelle SS (396ci engine),
the ’79 Stingray w/side pipes, and my ’75 Camaro.

      • Mine have always been the sleepers – the ones that didn’t attract
much attention, like my ’70 4-door Dart with the 440 six-pack.
Nothing like 450HP in a lightweight, nose-heavy car with drum
brakes to give you a glimpse of what’s on the other side of
the veil once in a while.

        • I guess you could call my ‘maro a sleeper, it was a type-LT,
looked like one of those with a 250-6 but it had the drive
train of a Z28, 275 hp engine, 3:83 posi rear end, only thing
I hated was the weak rear springs and the 350 turbo trans
(damn thing would buck on launch).
It was the last of the steel bumper ‘maros.

    • Ever since I knew anything about them, I have wanted a 1958 Corvette.
When I was first seriously interested, you could buy them all day for $10,000.
      Now it’s$50,000+.

  2. Sam

Panel 7 – Dang – Catman!! Excellent touch with
the sergeant’s reflection in the Vette’s paint job.

    Panel 6 transitioning to panels 7 & 8. That cat’s
giving some serious stink eye to that Major.

    • I’d love to see a Dragonfly come in and hover behind her,
announcing over the bull horn that she’s to get out of her
car or be it’s new paint job! The .50’s start to spin up…

      *did you mean?:*
car or by to its new paint job!

      • “red mist”

        • I should of said “Or become the paint job”
Of course the car would have been a smoking wreck
but she strikes me as the type that cared only
          for herself.

  3. I can believe she’s serious, Peggy IS in the militia,
That means she is NOT someone you want to piss off.

I think that Major pain is about to get schooled…
    I don’t who’s more pissed off,
the major or both the men there.

I spoke to my son about that multi-mag shotgun. it’s
only 2 not 3 mag tubes, but it holds 14 shells in the
mags and one in the bore. The brand is Keltec KSG.
Each tube holds seven rounds, and there’s a lever to
switch between them. He has different loads in the
tubes, one to tickle (bird shot), and one to settle
    things (buck shot/slug).

    • Sam

      Scars –
Did you mention that shotgun previously?

      • I can’t remember who it was now, but we were talking about
        my son’s “anti-zombie” collection (face-palm) and I had
thought it was a triple mag shotgun. He was (again) showing
me his collection and I seen it and asked.

        • He’s so much into that crap I had mentioned getting a
metal blade for my gas Stihl weed-eater, he found one
and bought it, damn thing looks like one of those
movie throwing stars! At least it works good…

    • I remember when Kel-Tec got sued.
In the documentation that comes with that shotgun,
they warn the owners to not use aftermarket pistol
      grips on the slide.
One fool added a cheap Amazon pistol grip,
and while he was slam-firing it,
the grip broke off and his hand ended up
in front of the muzzle as it fired.
It blew most of his hand off.
      He lost the lawsuit.
So he tried suing the manufacturer of the cheap grip,
but they are in China and told him to pound sand.
I don’t know if he tried to sue Amazon.

      • Heh, he was talking about getting one of those, I told him
if it broke he’d be lucky if it just flew back and punched him
in the face, he then asked if I could print him one, I told him
not even if I had a high-end printer using carbon fiber
        filament!

        • I think Kel-Tec sells one made for it.
Racking the slide on any shotgun, especially when slam-firing,
involves a HELL of a lot of force when it stops at either end
          of the travel.
I wouldn’t even trust Kel-Tec’s pistol grip for that!
Tell him to do a search online for stories about the lawsuit.
Many include photos of the injury before it was treated.
Even the “after” photos are pretty gruesome.

          • yes Keltec sells a Forend “Med-Evil 360”.
“But” the KSG paperwork does not recommend it.
(my KSG was bought in 2015..)
            it states
“it is known to work loose after repeated use.”

            • If I ever wanted to slam-fire a KSG, I would machine a full-length thumbhole grip
out of a block of aluminum, mounting on the full rail, held on with a full 13 cross
screws for secure mounting. Thumbhole for added strength.
Plus a barrel shroud extension so my hand couldn’t possibly reach the muzzle.
And I still wouldn’t slam fire it.

        • since i own “Alot” of Keltec. i went and looked at the lawsuit..
the shooter bought a locally made (printed) grip.
(IE: there was no metal in it anywhere.)(2 polymer mounting screws)
also, on mine i use a forend strap.
BUTT i maintain a Firm grip on the slide.! the strap is backup,.
in case of “Duh” moment or breakage.!!

Quote: “I made a mistake. That must be someone else’s fault
so let me sue someone to pay for my mistake.” Unquote.
Rowan Atkinson has a sketch were “Lucifer” tells ‘us’ about
the different parts of Hell – where ‘they’ have a whole
        section for lawyers 🙂

        • I believe they’ve since added a new section for “Karens” and protesters…
