Saint Payback can be a bitch. That being said, I have to go along with the commenters and call “fake” on this one, Catman. Cop with a pony tail and no visible gun on him? Looks like amateur hour to me.

But for the record, my brother-in-law was a Danny Trejo lookalike deputy in El Paso County, and he had a ponytail like that.
Of course, things were different back in the ’70s.
