My guess is to have her checked out for injuries after the gallant
Mr Bushear rescued her from two known rapists/muggers.

or she is about to acquire the injuries the two dead cads gave her.
She did the best thing a slim, small person could; take
advantage of the exposed kidneys and followed up with
a snap-kick to the head, if he wasn’t out, he wouldn’t
care much. He did the best thing, ignore the big guy
and take out the smaller one. Big guys tend to be slower
and easily angered, it’s fun to taunt them into charging
you, then dodge but trip them so they face-plant.
