Either the cops were tailing two troublemakers openly, and the troublemakers didn’t know it, or more likely this is a setup and Jon “Bushear” is the real target. But between Jon and Mitana, by the time the cops cover those six paces or so, the troublemakers/bait may no longer be part of the equation.

So yeah, if set up, Jon & Mitana will be arrested for battery on citizen’s.. If not then , got lucky that cops are there.
