secret pretty well), the correct conclusion will be
reached – that for whatever reason, the elder gods
tweaked things. Only Teresa will know what that
“whatever” was.
…or, it could be contact with the Terrans and Terra itself,
caused a species wide physiological adjustment.
Probably brought on by a combination of the Terran
biosphere, food, water, and medical health care….
I still think that Wolf Empire scientists
will come with a discovery/invention/
medicine/self-replicating genetic splice
(limiting to Catians only) that will grant
Empress Teresa’s two wishes.

I don’t know if you’re aware of it or not but
“transparent aluminum” already exists. It’s not
metallic aluminum, the electron configuration
precludes that, but a ceramic. The problem is
that the material is deucedly hard and expensive

One has to wonder, though… Would a vacuum environment with
microgravity allow for a different way to produce transparent
aluminum? It occurs to me the use of atomic sputtering

One would think the manufacture of graphine and carbon
nanotubes would be vastly easier,
when gravity isn’t a major factor.
Short of creating the grav drives, pressure is the only way
with the transparent alum. It starts as a powder, so low G
wouldn’t be much help. They have been doing manufacturing
experiments on the ISS, things like foamed metal has had
some success, but little was released on it. China does seem
to find out things no matter how careful they are.

Nine rocket can launch and return for far less than than
the Saturn 5 ever could. The only reason NASA is trying
to go back to the moon now is because China is.

Cats’ germ plasm to make the alterations.
In addition, he could adjust the genome of all
kitts currently gestating. That way the changes
would gradually show up over a generation.
I suppose the sex alteration could be applied to
all females but that most assuredly would have
major repercussions.
I’ve been pondering this since Monday evening.
The thing too is ALL bodily openings were that way,
so the simple act of taking a dump would be affected
too. I don’t know about anyone else, but making that
easier would take a lot of stress from day-to-day
living… It would be nice if the Elder Gods could do
it to the current generations as well as future
generations.
