Thank you, this comic is such that it will not please anyone
all of the time, but every reader can enjoy and agree with
much of it. The Cats have a unique viewpoint of Humans that
Sgt Mitana will explain later. (When she and the Human Captain
are walking out the door on their way to the hospital).

And i have some different ideas about society and government.
Empire with Dynasty? And free guns for free people is a motto
that gives me shivers.
There ought to be a couple of safe guards around that.

The safeguards are the teaching of things that have an unbreakable connection to
rights and freedoms – Duty and responsibility.
In essence, you can own and use whatever you want, but the first time you use it

Justice is swift and sure. A murder, for example, will be tried, and if convicted, has
an immediate appeal to the King, then to the Empress. Once those are exhausted,
the punishment begins, Perhaps exile, perhaps execution, perhaps something less,
depending on the circumstances.
Two reasons that crime is so low is is that there are very few laws to actually break,
and the penalties for breaking those that exist are so severe.
Yes, there will be innocents who suffer at the hands of criminals… But name me a
justice system where that doesn’t happen already?
And recidivism is low. Six feet of dirt forms an effective barrier against repeat
murders and such.
