Okay, problem. My art computer has died. It’s in the shop, getting a new, better motherboard.
And a better graphics card as well. It should be ready Monday afternoon, and I have a comic buffer that will reach until next Monday.
So this site should be okay, but if there’s a delay, you’ll see some filler art in two weeks.
I have another computer that I can create on, but the files I need to continue the webcomic are on the dead one.
Worse come to worst, you could always yank the HDD from the sick machine and hook it to your fallback. Of course that assumes power and disc controller cabling available in the fallback.
You might wanna think about burning a data DVD of the critical files so that you will always have them available. Murphy prefers to strike when/where/how it will do the most damage.
Sorry about the 2 posts but for some reason my browser kept kicking me back to tgw-497.
That computer is only for 3D art, all it has is the OS and my 3D graphics stuff.
On two 2GB and two 4GB Western Digital Black HDs in two RAID1 arrays.
The data is pretty safe, it’s accessing it right now that’s the problem.
Well Dayum! If you ever get a tad flush, I recommend you buy a 1 to 3 terabyte drive and dump all the important stuff over to it. That way you can switch it over if you need to.
? did she drop her sign.??
? officers have different cammo.?? well that makes it easy.!!
Captain Wilson is the only officer there. He’s wearing SF camo.
The Sergeant is Logistics and Support.
Damn. If I’d only aimed the camera a little more to the left.
i think the Cat was referring to panel 3… pan left.. 🙂

Heh. A DVD wouldn’t work, I have them backed up on a 4TB USB drive. It’s at 89% full!
