Cissy is looking much better and happier now that she’s free of
the low-lifes in the CSA. I’d love to see those two get together…
I expected that squad would graduate if they pulled off the
mission without any issues.
Ah it has started, an attack of a P’tera cruiser? Not good!
I wonder if the Imperial Navy had time to get ready for this.
I guess we’re about to see how vorpal Empire tech really is.
They better completely destroy the attackers. Wouldn’t want
survivors alerting core worlds to the new player in the game.
The longer the core-worlders stay ignorant the better for
our side.
Or at least capture the crew and house them on one of the fringe
worlds. Space is a risky place and “accidents” happen all the time…
After all, the first capital ships the Empire had were a “gift”
from the humans… Involuntarily of course…
Nice word choice Bill. If this is a (light) patrol craft as it appears — nice new interior
set btw — I hope they simultaneously replied to the Zulu AND forwarded it upstream
by the fastest means possible. Their technical edge may not be enough to answer
whatever would make a Pteran light cruiser turn tail and probably isn’t.
The only thing slowing down production of ships is the bottle-neck of
the control board production, The Empire can’t make them on too many
worlds because of the huge risk of the tech being stolen by unfriendlies.
Both Earth and Catia have ship production stations but, only Earth has
the control board production. As far as I know anyway…
Might of been highlights but the stylist sneezed heh…
They just came through the wormhole so they are behind them.
Maybe some idiot will chase them through and find out it is NOT
a good idea. The WHC might get it’s first test after all…
I see (panel 4) that The Wolf Empire has soft drinks/sodas/Coke
up and running and back in stock again.
Hopefully they’re using cane sugar and not HFCS (yech!)
FYI, Woodman, HFCS gets a bad rap, and totally undeserved. Sucrose
(cane or beet sugar) is a disaccharide, i.e. a sugar composed of
glucose and fructose subunits. Our tongues do not taste glucose very
well so it is the fructose in sugar that makes it sweet to us.
Glucose is the simplest sugar and pretty much goes straight into the
blood stream. Fructose has to be digested into glucose before we can
use it. Use of HFCS actually allows LESS less sweetener to be
used to achieve a desired level of sweetness. A soft drink sweetened
with HFCS as opposed to regular sugar will actually have fewer carbs.
If you check you’ll see that all the research reflecting badly
on HFCS was funded by the cane/beet sugar industry. Scientists today
are total whores and the “peer review” process is almost entirely
given over to one hand washing the other – the same people are
reviewing each other’s papers. Much of what passes for “science”
today is a pure dee racket!
The same can be said about “sugar-free” sweeteners, not only does
the body process it the same way as cane or HFCS, but there are
side-effects that effect millions of people. I switched to sugar-
free soda when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, not only did
my glucose levels not improve, I was getting headaches and blurry
vision. After talking to my doctor about it, I was told sugar was
sugar, no matter how it’s made and I had an allergy to nutra-sweet.
It’s all an add campaign, the ONLY reason MJ was outlawed is
because the hemp industry found out that it made better, stronger
hemp and started a smear campaign. That lame movie “Reafer Madness”
was a total joke, between the bad acting and the complete lack of
knowledge of what it does.
also,, your body uses sugar to work,. so doing away with sugar,
it starts using body fat,, and it don’t like that,. it now has
to strip the fat an convert it to sugar. and, since there is no
sugar to use some artificial’s use or convert other essential
nutrients,. so now the body is not getting enough,.
and causes side effects like, headaches,..
I don’t remember both strips starting a new chapter on the
same day before. And again, the hovertext applies to both.
And Alex’s eyes are STILL on her eyes.
I think I could do that now at 67, but at 20 or so??
Kid is infatuated with her, not her body.
I just wonder if she’ll invite him to “check her out” at a later date,
like when things move to the next level, my wife used to dress
or have a “clothing malfunction” just to get my attention after
work LOL.
Another first! I’m sure he’s looked, just not when it matter’s. Like
up close where it’d be creepy and impolite. It’d be hard not to see
the whole package from a fair distance, like when you look for
someone in a crowd. Recognizing someone is not just the face but
the entire body, like if you see someone you know well from behind.
Although… she is taller than he is which makes it very hard for him
not to just look straight ahead. I worked at the stadium as security
for one season, took a wrong turn and wound up on the field with
another trainee. so while doubling back we passed a couple the
cheerleaders that were talking and just as I was passing the one
that had her back to me she laughing and took a step back…
Right on my ingrown big toe! I yelped and she spun around and
apologized and I was in tears trying SO hard not to look ahead
she was at least 6 ft with those 7 in high heal shoes they wear…
Second base was inches from my face! jeez…
Kept telling myself “you love your wife” heh…
Alex in the vote incentive either needs a haircut or he just got out
of bed! LOL
Judging by the part in his hair, he’ll be balding soon as well :p
That’s how mine started at the ripe old age of 25 (grumbling…).

Interesting highlights on Cissy’s hair. Just reflections?,
or is there a stylist somewhere suffering a breakdown? :}
That Code Zulu did not say which direction the attack is from?

If they have one and the AI to fly it.
Stripped of the ship killer missiles they should also
make super fast couriers.
I had to zoom in but it appears the cross lines are a reflection of
the over-head florescent lights, I can just make out the separate bulbs.

I hear that, Dr. Pepper has never been the same after the switch,
just too sweet. And both pepsi and coke are way too citrus-y.

There has been at least one, possibly two, other occasions where
both stories have started a new chapter on the same day

The vote incentive at TWC is apparently broken
Me too.
Ditto
Try it now. It should work.
it’s working
Thank-you
Thanks, PC
