A priority mail package I mailed on Nov 23 still shows as “In Transit”.
I’m not the only one: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Stop-shipping/m-p/31406836#M1671683

What I just posted at that discussion:

As a buyer I have had more than one package sent through the U.S. Postal Service (an oxymoron if ever there was one) “lost. I figure with the greatly increased volume of traffic, there have been a **bleep** ton of packages that walked out of postal processing centers. The mere fact that a package has been sent “Priority Mail” in an indication that whatever is being sent is valuable.

Finally, I also figure a lot of postal employees are too busy manufacturing and back-dating votes to actually do their jobs!

As I wrote to you in my email a couple of days ago, I suspect that the package went home with one of the fine civil servants working for the U.S.P.S. With no updates since the day after Thanksgiving I figure it’s already lost.

      Get yourself a FedEx account.
You get a discount on the rates with an account, and you ALWAYS know where your package is.
I gave up on the PostHole Service years ago.

Unfortunately, that’s only a solution for shipping, not receiving. You can’t always choose, or even know.
I have a package going back to the seller right now because they’ve always used Fed-Ex in the past, but
this time used USPS. USPS will only deliver to my PO Box, and I gave my street address for the delivery.
I had to stop using Newegg because they wouldn’t specify which shipper they used until after I’d paid,
and wouldn’t let me change my delivery address after payment.

I don’t know about Newegg specifically, but I have found that calling the customer service number, if you can find it, immediately after you place the order, can get things like that changed. I buy a lot of stuff on line for my company, it’s not unusual for my company Amex card to have over $100K on it

Good night! Catman. Sam Brown belt AND a pith helmet? Why on earth did you go there for what (I suspect) is a cop uniform? 😉

Well, this could prove useful… It’s always a good idea to keep on good terms with construction companies… Especially if they can help resolve a landowners dispute…

It seems that not only is one of our favorite constables is still on the job, but he has a Catian friend that he is well coordinated, with as to be able assist with a familial capture, without even discussing it first…

Starting to make progress applying textures. Here is a pretty well complete surgical module including power and HVAC. Now, If I knew how to package it for import into Daz Studio the boss could see how everything looks. Have to research file structure for Daz Studio imports.
