Yeah, so much for my supposed prescience.
He clearly thinks he’s a rake. Let’s hope he’s not a hoe. Can’t tell from that angle if she kissed back. Head tilt suggests maybe.
Once, when I was a kid on an Ozark farm, a blizzard snowed us in. After a week, my dad walked five miles through hip-deep snow drifts to where his bulldozer was, managed to start the diesel engine, and dozed out the roads past us to my grandfather’s, and I think his neighbor beyond (a lot more than five miles, he had cut across fields to reach the worksite). He lost his earlobes to frostbite. Some of, but not all, the dairy farmers paid him over his objections. The county road grader came through a week later.
In Anime the foot lift and the hand flare indicate she kissed back, unless the foot lift was preparing for a knee to the groin. Only Petercat knows. Although the “You better survive!” comment hints to kissing back.
I was thinking Anne Hathaway in that Princess movie. The one where she drove the Mustang in the rain with the top down?
Sorry, that’s what I remember… How could they do that to a classic Mustang, of all cars?
“You’ll know you’re in love when…”
She’s not in love, but that option’s open.
