Dragonflies in the attic, poor Kathy just got hit with a 2×4. Not a secret to the cats just humans. The Major is up to neck in doodoo and still sinking.
The captain is one with brains. Miral’s hand gesture must mean something. The Lt. is carrying the torpedo like a baton and why is it red. Natural colour or special paint?

Dragonflies do have a private life.
It just means she’s amused by the Major’s actions.
      Red is natural color.

I thought it was red to make it harder to find in body parts, maybe the Major’s. I thought the dragonflies were a creation of the little red dragon and sent when needed.

Ruhk (the little dragon) can create them as needed, but most of them are descendants of ones created long ago by Kajm and his ilk.
The ketch in the attic are all naturally, biologically produced ones.
It’s an offshoot of a larger ketch that occupies the Walker and Costman lands.
They tend to avoid Terrans, but they like cats. In their view, Catians are just larger, more friendly versions.

Although Ruhk is pretty much as Advanced as Lir living tech gets- and you have No idea just How advanced that is 😉
            – creating Dragonflies would be an adjunct ability.
Kajm didn’t know what he had when he acquired Ruhk (looong story) and therefore failed to establish a few things as
Ruhk evolved and became the person he is now.
So while he Is extremely advanced, he’s missing a great deal that he could have had.

Full disclosure: Ruhk (from ‘rucksack’) began his existence as a …. Chuckwagon.
He’s got a complete kitchen and pantry in there, somewhere.

rocket,, not torpedo,,. torpedo = “under” water self propelled explosive.. there are 2 types of “Zuni” rockets , the 2.75 Hydra 70 with mk 66 motor (which most mistakenly call zuni.) an the 5in zuni..
the US military has color coding on its various warheads,,, but this is Petercat’s comic so how he marks them, is his own deal.!..
oh yeah ,, 2.75 rocket weight, depending on the warhead, between 18 an 25 pounds (23lbs for MK-24HE)

Well, Melissa is part Italian. Some of that had to rub off on Miral.
And Miral already understood the concept of “vendetta”.

I always thought that gesture had something to do with the verb form of the noun “fist”. Catman, do Cats have claws?

Not really, although their fingernails are thicker and harder than ours.
If filed to a point or a sharp edge they make significant weapons.

If reenforced with Armorplas, I think that they could be QUITE formidable!

Question for the Catman; How come you depict all those slaver troops – including their AIC (Asshole in Charge) –
when outside? I always thought the rule was covered when outdoors and uncovered when indoors – unless you were under arms.
It’s been 36 years since I acted out that Johnny Paycheck song so I could’ve forgotten a thing or two.

Non-Terran troops have their own rules considering hats…

I’m lazy. It’s difficult and time consuming to make a hat look good with hair.
That’s the real reason so many soldiers here have buzz cuts.
