ok,, just so you know.. that engine (block) is used in (most) Hyster xx-50 type forklifts (Jeep 4 cyl..).. if you want a 4 cyl. for Chevy go to Crown forklifts,, an ford is Clark… just about all the company’s wanted premade dropin motors .. i worked maintenance,, an one of the guys wanted to make his old 8 cyl. rock crawler (jeep) street legal for his kid for school ,, we had a dl-50 hyster that was driven off a dock (we were parting out.) the numbers crossed.. so he got a 4cyl. block for salvage prices,, all we had to change was water pump (different plumbing) an air filter housing …

THIS..!! This is why you Don’t f**k with the little young dudes.. they already know IF you get one hit in they are done… so they end the fight as quickly as possible… oh an quick does NOT mean fair …

Especially when there’s a plan that you don’t know about.
Friday the plan should become clear.

Wasn’t it surplus Jeep engines in all the Zamboni machines, too?

        yes,. yes it was..
now days.. the “block” (most)(4, 6, an 8.) is made at a separate factory,.
and shipped to the ‘assembler factory.’ then marked as who assembled.

The old Clark forklifts used a 4 cylinder flat-head GM engine,
they would over-spin and throw main bearings easily. So
they used a mechanical governor… Which the drivers would
tie the arms down so they would be bypassed. One driver we
nick-named “Cannonball” would go full out, it was worth your
life to walk in the warehouse! I lost count of the times I
          seen him on two wheels!

Fair fight is an oxymoron, IMHO
Petercat, would you consider cataloguing your voter incentives in the archives?
Crossbow cutie is going to be needing some return visits.
Wish my mechanic looked like Grady

I’m not fond of Patreon, but it’s the only realistic game in town.
        Unless you have an alternative?

One of the other on-lines I read uses SubscribeStar.
I don’t know anything about either, but it’s a possible alternative.

I assume the little pixie with the big dog is another new character we’ll be meeting eventually, like the “guardian of the barricade”?

Not a student or a shopkeeper, well, I guess a garage is technically a shop. Nice to meet Grady and learn her name, and the coveralls are a good look.

The general is lucky (temporarily) that the second blow was a left hook, and not a grab at his hair followed by slamming his face down on “Tasty”s glass. But I assume we are keeping up appearances this is not an intentional assassination.

No, she’s a one-off. Too cartoonish for the comic.
Says the man who writes a webcomic with humanoid cat people.
      Unless… Hmm, pixies….
And, no, this is not the assassination. The General has only three of his staff with him.
      Enough hints.

You know: an engine wouldn’t be hard to make with Anti Gravity. Instead of the piston being pushed with a small fuel/air explosion, an AG push would work quite well.
