I wonder, Dragons to the rescue? The little red Dragon can go anywhere so maybe??? Rob is right that the Wolf Pack is also a great back-up plan. Robert, Arron and Kathy something is going to work out. Teresa is to emotional right now, so come on you three.
Jonathan knows that Teresa can heal Larissa later. But he knows that she’ll have to do it very slowly, over months or years.
And his daughter will suffer greatly in the meantime.

100K away in one of those fighters is not far if she ( the Emperor) can get him moved. He is an Ambassador and should have some privileges. One can hope anyway.

It occurs to me this is the SECOND time Teresa has been in this position — if she can figure a way to get there in time. The fact that she could have healed her uncle if he’d just rushed to Jericho has to eat at her and will color her decision. Radiation poisoning IS a nasty way to die, but partly because it is effing slow, and he wasn’t showing any symptoms yet. But she couldn’t blurt out the fact over the communication lines that she could save him, or didn’t think to in the shock of the moment, one or the other.
unless my version of the time line is wrong (could be.) Teresa did not have her power yet.. my time line (my version of when events took place. ) has her getting her power about 3/6 months after her birthday..
an yeah, IF she had the power, she would have told him, then an there, an to get his ass here as quick as possible… ( she might have went out to meet him half way..)
Maybe so, but the way I remember it, the picnic happened before The Fall, as Villines was still police captain and not security minister, and by the Wolf Pack’s excursion after The Fall (and after her uncle died, but before they rejoined their family) Kathy and Teresa already had their dragonfly companions.

Jochi is correct. They met Kajm and got their powers about a year before The Fall.
