Thank you, everyone and especially Rob for the vacation.
It was good, and I enjoyed it, and learned a lot.
One thing I learned was that a sleeping bag may keep
you warm, but you gotta come out sometime.
Clear skies make a beautiful day and a cold night.
    Hotels are expensive.
People are generally good/the internet lies. More on that later.
What may feel like a comfortable seat for 200 miles may not for 400.
Especially if it’s a solo and you can’t shift around.
If your jacket comes with a liner, bring it with you.
    Newspaper inside the jacket helps.
I am recharged and worn out.

like i do “Each” trip,, keep a log. what to bring next trip..
also , next days clothes go in bag with you, (not worn)
so you don’t have to put on cold clothes…
my bike is only good for 300 miles on fuel,,
so every fuel stop , walk round an stretch for 15 min…
Glad you had a good trip.!! 🙂

Mine has a range of 150 miles to empty. (3.2 Gal)
One thing I learned was check everything!
Got 100 miles down the road and bike died.
Switched to reserve, bike stayed dead.
        Thought the bike was broken.
Then I noticed that my (transparent)
        fuel filter was empty.
Good thing I had a full gallon can in my saddlebag,
poured it in and when I switched petcock to “on”,
        fuel began to flow.
My “reserve” position is clogged, I’d never tested it.
        Something for me to fix.
Also going to add a USB charging port. And a clock.

I see you guys are traveling on motorcycles.
I have had a series of Model T based hot rods that are
essentially motorcycles when it comes to traveling.
The current one is a ’23 with a hand-built wooden
body and a Chevy big block engine (454).

I was a rider myself, up until my car accident one winter,
hit some black ice, car hit the side of a hill and flipped up
it and rolled down ejecting me straight up. I was air borne
long enough to know it. I had to relearn how to walk etc.
So I had to hang up my riding boots. In those days the
’32 ford and the VW dune buggy was the rage, but I had
            a ’75 Camaro LT 🙂

My ID here, TubT, was my first ’23 hot rod,
a 1923 Ford Touring car. Not much 1923 about it.
Rare fiberglass body pulled off a mold from an
              original body.
Back seat. 350 Chevy. TH350 transmission,
Ford 8-inch rear. Lots of fun.
But that was 3 cars back.

My first real street fighter was a ’71 (I think) Dodge Dart
4-door sedan, tan, completely stock… except for the built
440 six-pac and Muncie four speed. Even the wheels, all four
were stock, widened with welded inserts. It had Cadillac
mufflers to keep it quiet. A real Q-ship.
My most fun car, however, was an Austin-Healy Sprite. Not the
bug-eye, it had a Chevy 2.8 litre V-6 that had been bored and
stroked to 3.2, but I kept the stock tire size thinking that
the tires would break free before the small differential blew.
Damned thing tried to kill me every time I drove it.

if i had choice , an every one picked bows..
i would go short sword or big dagger..
if i have to fight close against claws an teeth…
an .. who boy.. Giaron, is a big boy.!! ,,

They had a choice of weapons, muscle powered only.
The Cats don’t have claws, but they do have long incisors.

oh i did not mean “Claws” ,, i meant nail claws..
some females nails will open you up like a knife…
an if that’s all you have…
an just so you know,, i have been doing Archery
        the last 30 years,, i have 19 bows ,
an two of each of the main seven types,,
an the rest are long bows..
so if i was to pick blades,
        when everyone else took bows….?
also.. i made my own long bow an arrows…

I love that knife (dagger/short sword/whatever) Miral is carrying.
Really pretty model, there. Must’ve cost some bucks. Something
tells me that the one who took the easy (quick, FAR less painful)
way out either saw or heard about (was it Miral?) what happened
to the slaver in the cell on the ship. Something tells me those hot
dogs are gonna wish they’d chosen to hang. Even hanging with
a short rope (i.e. strangulation) would be a better way to go than
being reduced to red slime by one of the cats. Nuke some
Orville Redenbacher and grab a brewski,
the show is about to start. heh, heh

Giaron could almost pass for a Lir, he’s so tall….
well, Tall is just one of many characteristics…
    I have a cold.
