I think as Emperor he gets to wear his hair any damn way he wants.
But I’d bet virtually every female (and many of the guys) he knows
would be willing to cut it for him –
it would take some doing to make things worse.

I like it, at first glace, he looks like a “retired” hippy, enough
to fool anyone. This way, people make assumptions that are
bad for the dishonest. If his hair and beard was longer, he’d
pass for me until the late 80’s
