has improved the tech of those types of cruise missiles

style tungsten “rod from god”. Send a couple (with grav
plates to really accelerate them) at the same time you’re
launching rocks at the planetary defense cannons.

If he’d stopped at yesterday’s “Halloween
scarecrow” remark, that would have been more

Rocks are too irregular; atmosphere is too unpredictable;
