Keary is captain of the Pearl Diver AND an Intel officer? Or
maybe he has this command temporarily specifically to
enact the mission he proposed at the last minute?

He’s not an intel officer. He’s just a free thinker.
      Innovation is highly encouraged and
      nurtured in the Imperial Navy.

Sometimes, love or business just needs an excuse.

Ah good, the gas cans. simple and fast. I’d say those
two ships are going to be the spoils of war. Both the
tech and the future battle plans. I wonder if the core
and Motha will even notice? “Oh great, now what?
we lost most of our fleet!” While Imperial scientists
are asking “What is this?!? Are they idiots???” Well,
    YEAH! heh.

Gas cans that look like pepper shakers.

Anyone else ever read ‘The Scarlet Pimpernel’?

I was supposed to do a book report on it
about 50 years ago, I think however
I lost interest and never finished it 😛

“Unraveling a ball of yarn” reminds me of holding my sisters
cat while she’s cutting the little turd out a ball of yarn he
    tied himself into…
Poor thing was in a total panic and she wasn’t much better.
(ooowwww) Cats do NOT like that!
(Never did figure, how he did that…)

Read the book “The Cat Who Walked Through Walls”
      by Robert A. Heinlein.
That should give you a few ideas how that happens…

I don’t think I read that, I’ll have to look into it.
I have an idea of how, just not how he got it so
tight! It’s like he wanted to be wrapped up, but
couldn’t figure out how to get free. The scary
part was he has several wraps around his neck.
And don’t ask about the super wedgie he gave
        himself heh…

What’s going on? I went to TWC to vote and couldn’t
find TGW. What’s up? Did PC take the comic off of
    TWC?

I just voted, it’s back up.
No doubt an issue on their end.

Well they placed a stent in my artery on Friday and then kept me
overnight. At one point it hurt so bad it was all I could do not to yell
“F**K!” I haven’t had anything hurt that bad in a LONG time! But
the Doc said I shouldn’t have any more chest pains for a long while.
He also said they’ll do an echocardiogram every year to monitor the
aortic valve stenosis. Reading the paperwork they sent me home
with I noticed that I have been diagnosed with early stage heart
failure. Yippee! Guess I get to follow in my Dad’s steps. At least
there’s no reason to go open heart.
I hear cracking your chest hurts like a mother!

Sounds like it went well, aside from the pain.
Good to hear, those are a pain to try and live with.
My father’s has had open-heart twice, it isn’t fun.
They had an issue with my father’s heart years ago,
one of his blockages was in the Y of a branch and
couldn’t stent it without blocking the other branch.
Recently, someone came up with a way to use
something like a stent, but it became moot when they
had to replace his aortic valve and just bypassed it
while they were in there. He lived with a 85% +/-
blockage for many years, a simple nose bleed for
him was a ER trip from the blood thinners they
      had him on.
