Sounds like the beginnings of a friendship, unless she’s part of
the group abusing the kid, but it wouldn’t be the first time that
the locals opinion didn’t match the leadership’s. A simple water
purifier is you boil it, then run it through a filter made of
charcoal and cooked sand or clean cotton.
So they do have aggressive eggs, unlike human eggs, that just sit
and wait. That statement about the kids being a bit “off”, sounds
challenging, but do-able. Kima does seem both excited and curious,
I’m sure his next conversion with Marise will be “interesting” heh.
And teen girls are always a fun time, I grew up with 2 and between
wanting to rip my hair out and trying to be a good brother was…

Sounds like Kima’s sperm will be a catalyst,
defined (IIRC) as, a chemical that PRECIPITATES
a chemical reaction, but does not PARTICIPATE,
or become part of that reaction.
(It’s been too many decades….)
In human sperm/egg interaction, the egg is passive. I get
the impression in this case, both will be aggressive. A more
likely to be successful interaction at that! Just enough to
trigger a pregnancy, but not enough to share much of Kima’s
DNA.
They may have smaller feet, or just a mental difference.
They might act more human than Laporidae. This is a new
field for everyone, so only time will tell. I’m picturing
a bunny girl, with pinkish fur, laying in bed talking to
friends on her phone, complaining that daddy left on a
mission, and mom won’t let her do anything!
Heh…
I doubt that but something along those lines.
Who can say which will be the one raising the kids, we don’t know
her culture as yet, as who does what in the relationship.
In my case it was “watch your baby sister” which meant if I went
to hang out with friends, she tagged along. which also meant she
crushed on all of them! sigh… And of course I was the bad guy
for stopping it every time, or they weren’t interested because
she was 13 etc… Which in her mind meant it was some how my fault.
Gotta love the hormone raging stupidity!
Funny you mention the shotgun. A Master Sergeant I once worked with/for
had an interesting approach to making sure his daughter made it home by
curfew. Whenever a new guy came over to pick up the daughter the guy
would invite the guy in to meet and greet and be read house rules including
curfew. Sitting on the coffee table in plain sight was a double barreled
12gau shotgun painted in bright, international orange. As I said the shotgun
was never handled or mentioned but the daughter was always home by curfew.
Imagine that.
Yes and no, my oldest was ADD, my youngest had ADHD/Asperger’s?
how ever it’s spelt… From my own experience, any girl from
the ages of 12 and 18 are ADHD/Emo, either complaining no
one loves them, and/or, are controlling their lives.

Firecat has nicely muted colors on their uniform,
but would need several grease pencils for face/
hands/tail before trying to be stealthy :{
Healthy children is good. Their own new brand
of normal will be quite … exciting …
for their parents :}
…..but they won’t be normal….
Sounds like another chapter of The Incredibles.

It could be that Mom has a mission and
Dad is cleaning his shotgun.
Mom and Dad have a mission and
the robo-babysitter is watching too closely.

I saw a classified ad once:

HA! I saw a similar ad, only this one said
something about a daughter’s EX-boyfriend!
Terrifying thought!
