on everything and of course they are going to charge for the
flight back home.
On quotas that are near impossible to reach, essentially

Dirty lawyers have too much power these days, they can twist the
law into weird shapes and not only get the criminals off, but the
victims guilty for defending themselves. I think PC’s idea of
simplifying the laws and making the judges and lawyers responsible
for bad actions would put a stop to A LOT of it!
Lawyers getting their clients off are lawyers doing their jobs! I’ve
only needed a lawyer a couple of times (once to fight for my son in
court against his birth-mother) and I damned sure expected them to
do whatever was necessary win my case. The problem is soft-on-crime
judges and prosecutors who let repeat offenders off with the merest
butterfly-wing tap on the wrist. I think that if somebody commits a
crime during the period when, but for a sweetheart plea deal, they
would have been in jail, the victim(s) ought to be able to sue the
prosecutor and judge for the damages. If a person is acquitted by a
jury that is one thing. But if the Judge and prosecutor refuse to do
their jobs and the erstwhile defendant commits a crime, the Judge
and prosecutor ought to be on the hook for it.
I’m talking about cases like where not only did a guy break into a
home and was caught, got off because they hurt themselves getting in,
and sued the owner for it! The movie, “Lier, Lier” would show what
I’m talking about.
Granted, it’s a comedic depiction, but it has the ring of truth.
I can believe every word, people are not allowed to defend themselves any more,
“let the police officers do their job!” which is BS, by time they show up it’s over and
all they can do it is take the body count. If they shoot the right guy first…

treated by their own people. Another good example of tyrants, everyone’s a slave

I was watching a YouTube video on my PC (MUCH bigger screen than my little 11″ tablet)
and listening on my speakers when it occurred to me that I might be able to get a
bluetooth card for my PC and listen through my hearing aids directly instead of potentially
bothering my wife while she watches TV. I looked on Amazon and all I can find there looks
to be wireless Netowrk Interface Cards. Can I get a PC card to connect the computer’s
audio via bluetooth?

I would say yes, it’s pretty much standard on laptops, I don’t see
why you couldn’t do the same on a pc.

I did it on my desktop machine by plugging in a USB bluetooth dongle.
Didn’t need to add anything on the laptop (as Scarsdale mentioned…)
I bought a bluetooth keyboard by mistake once,
