I feel the same. Makes me want to line them up,
have my son fire up his Harly,
I hop on the back with a steel bat,
and do a 3 stooges slap down the line at
50 mph! Make a sound like a sub-gun going off…
Yes, it’s kinda what I was hoping for, get the “bas-turds”
and Bring. Her. Home. And plow the fields while they’re at it.
Can’t let all that fertilizer go to waste…
(wondering if anyone picks up on the joke there…)
Good thing @me provided the link.
I haven’t watched Dr Who since Matt Smith left. Actually Christopher Eccleston is my
favorite Doctor with Tom Baker and David Tennant in a tie for 2nd.
I fear I really liked Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor.
The way she’s constantly trying – and often enough failing – to be “nice” and “kind”.
Her struggling with loss and not-letting-anyboy-close-anymore …
And those episodes with her as the Doctor and Sacha Dhawan as the Master.
Of course I did like David, too.
(By the way, he’ll be returning for a few specials next year …)
Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, and David Tennant have always been my favorites.
Sadly my local satellite service dropped BBC America and I missed half of
Peter’s shows and all of Jodies’. That’s ok I’ll just get the DVD bundle from
amazon… ;(
I did like Matt Smith but the writers were turning him back into the war doctor
and I didn’t like that. Yes, The Doctor was never afraid to do in the bad guys
but as Matt put it: “He was getting too noisy” and that lead to what happened
to River and Amy.
Jodie’s Doctor’s been an interesting character. She could spend entire episodes
acting as a complete goofball – until someone dared to threaten her friends or
Humanity as a whole. Suddenly that little woman can be almost as scary as David’s
Doctor.
All in all she’s been pretty much constantly torn and haunted by her past incarnations.
Couldn’t stand being alone; but she always feared she might lose another person
close to her like those incarnations lost Rose, Donne, Amy, Rory, (River), Clara or Bill.
(River was way over 200 years old when she sacrificed herself so …)
They never really said how many times River regenerated before giving
the rest to the Doctor I only knew of 3(?) bur from what I gathered Time Lords’
each regen is good for about 600-700 years and since River wasn’t a true
Galafrain she might not of gotten that far along.

she claims to be “two hundred” years old. It’s then indicated that they
spent the next 24 years together (before she goes to the library).
Since he created that hotel and bounced bit by bit
to the future until it was ready and the reservation
came due, I was surprised he didn’t do it all over
with her again and again, it’s what I would done.
Yeah I know, wibbly-wobbly, timey wimey… stuff…
😛
(I had to go visit some friends to catch that
episode damn sat!)
I’m not sure but he does look a lot like the guy that played “It”
in the remake. Maybe he’s just that type. I have that bad habit
of looking around while talking or listening. I blame my training
on that Sensi who always stressed about being aware of your
surroundings.
I was kind of wondering about all of those guys except for the one with the mustache. None of the
other three seem to be paying any attention to the briefing. Now I’m seriously wondering what
PC is trying to tell us with those guys.
I don’t think I would trust the Blonde haired kid in P4 or the striped shirt either.
They just don’t appeal to me to be inline with what is going to happen.
Maybe the brown hair is a hunter or tracker?
I definitely do not like waited for Friday’s music, but alas must do so.
It will be fitting as usual.
Yeah there is a bit of a creep factor with them.
Either they are enjoying this too much or they
are thinking they get to try out their new skills,
just as long as they control themselves during
the op is what matters… mostly…
Every time I look at the story line and Taritha
is about to sing I picture her sounding like Scarlet
Johanson from both Sing movies (Always was a
sucker for musicals)
I really, really enjoyed Monday’s comment section.
Oh, God, I’m smiling fit to split my head in half.
And weeping. Damnit, pass a kleenex.
Bring a brother/sister-in-arms home.
With a VENGEANCE!
HOOOAH!

So, Catman, should we expect the next installment to have a soundtrack?
I hope so! Can’t wait to see what PC picks out.
Just promise me it is the Doom theme… 😛
GAH… ISN’T the doom theme*
ok must be past my bed time…
I could have corrected it, but it’s too funny.
Heh I figured as much!
Yep. Friday. It should play automatically this time.
I hope so!

Fertiliser …
Yep, glad someone spotted that 🙂

I have a confession to make.

Seems like future series will be moving to Disney+
Yay 🙁
I have that streaming service thanks to my son so yaah?

About the brown-haired guy in the background of panels 1..3:
is it just me, or isn’t he exactly paying attention to the briefing?
Or is he checking the surroundings?

Maybe this their way of showing grim determination?
Grim determination is more like >:/
not XD these guys are as much
assassins as anything else. Adds
to the creep factor knowing that..
Assassin’s such a harsh word.
