  1. I was afraid of that, although half is better than a few.
Delia is ready to start teaching them the “light side” of life.
“You’re better than this father, Let go of your hate!”
Sadly some may still say “It’s too late for me…” but there’s
hope for some, enough to rebuild without the anger and hate.
You tell Achmed the facts girl! No man should hit a woman.
It’s your job to make the effort and change for her, Achmed!
(coughs up hocker half way through his name) damn it!
    (wipes monitor) 😛

    • Killing wasn’t the problem, they were all intending to kill Teresa.
Messing with the minds of the ones who could be… salvaged…
was the moral dilemma for the Dragonflies.

  2. I guess some didn’t “accept” the DF’s lesson and had to be
put out of our misery. I hope they are ok, killing in defense
isn’t as bad, but there’s got to be a toll for it.

Panel 1 – called it last episode. And now she’s calling him on it.
I don’t think he’ll hit her again, but only PC knows for sure.
Hopefully the ones still alive got a good enough dose of their
    own memories to change.

    • Time will tell, those people were programmed since birth
to act that way, it’ll take a huge effort to change. Not all
will, hopefully the rest will deal with those.

So the ones left alive are the best of the worst?
That’s one way to improve a civilization, a drastic
    method, culling the worst people.
I’m thinking this would also cull the worst of the
teachings that lived in, and were passed on, by those
    worst men.

    • The DF’s were giving them a chance to learn the lesson,
      or face the final one.

  5. PC, sent you an e-mail.

    • Looks great. Can’t see the holes but I have a drill.

      • They are there, I used my calipers to measure the screws.
I’m worried they might have shrunk is all. At the time I’m
writing this, there’s about 15 mins left on the second
base. they’re thicker than the rest of the stand, it’s pretty
light, so I figured it to be a good idea. they are a snap-fit,
but I’d still put a dab of hot glue on the corners to be safe.
I did add a hole on one end for the wires, I’d glue them too.

      • It’s done. fits the same 🙂 I’ll dig up my bubble wrap,
but if it’s AWOL, I’ll use some of the newspapers that
my father has built up, again… sigh… He’s a hoarder.

  6. You know, I don’t think it’s a coincidence.
Last week, I turned my monitors’ color caste to much more yellow, even orange, to minimize the blue light.
I get to sleep faster and sleep better. Seems easier on my eyes, too.
Wsh I’d tried it years ago.
As soon as heating season kicks in, I’m switching all my LED lights to incandescent, as I have electric heat.
    More yellow-ish light.
    We’ll see how it goes.

    • Sam

PC – I think you’re running Windows, but not sure. If you are, I think
there’s a setting where you can turn down the blue light after a certain
hour of the day. If not, there is f.lux. It’s a free program that adjusts
monitor light. Various degrees of blue, right down to trying to mimic
      candle light.

    • It’s not, my new monitor does that, at night it goes to a softer yellow,
and my eyes don’t ache as much if I set my LED desk lamp to “soft gold”.
The older florescent lights were even worse.

I started wearing a face mask, seems
to help me get to sleep and stay asleep
      by blocking outside lights.

      • My wife uses one all the time, I can’t, it triggers a
panic attack. I’m not sure why.
