I see there is quite a bit out there about spinal cord grafting, neat stuff! That if anything will help her get *back* on her feet. And the story about Srgt Kelly was very disarming. I’m sure she won’t want to sit this one out!
*six months later* ‘Why do I keep wanting to wag my tail?’

We already live in a science fiction world. I was also sure it wouldn’t be mentioned until after her decision, and possibly not until after they left, because it couldn’t be allowed to influence her decision.
She will still require extensive physical therapy to rebuild muscles AND bone atrophied from disuse. Another thing that would be way easier in a variable-gravity environment.
