Mouse is ANTHRO… Cat-Man, when did you sneak in another sentient species?
Betting that is a pic of Your motorcycle on the wall…
And I would not be surprised if she can hear him on some level, despite being unconscious. Curious to see how this goes, still thinking this will become more of a Civil war.
Yep. That’s my Sporty at the Savannah Wildlife Refuge.
Mouse has been a regular. He shares the office with Mister Walker.
As for Miral, the Cat sayeth nothing.
Bryan reminds me of Lennie of Of Mice and Men. But I suspect that’s largely because he’s big and can be gentle. When we first see him he’s carrying a weapon and a pack, which he set down to pick up Miral. I assume Lieutenant Maucz carried them back, since we see Doc NOT carrying extra but attending to his patient as they approach the squad. I read Bryan as being a lot simpler than he likely is because he wasn’t accoutered like the others, but that’s just circumstance and he WAS at first, so I was off base for reading him that way.
The mouse on Walker’s desk.
Although Bryan probably would be nicknamed something like Mouse.
But the “Mouse” referred to in the title is Lieutenant Maucz.
I had forgotten about the two handymen that King sent over to Jonathan’s with furniture and appliances on Adoption Day. Mouse was the little one, the way I read it, and I couldn’t find the big one’s name. But yeah, he’s a lot more like Lennie than I suspect Bryan Baker is, although I got that probably-false impression of Bryan too for a while.

Well, these guys are wearing the “elite soldier” camouflage pattern…
Ok, unless I’m badly mistaken, they are on Cattia, so,that ISN’T Mouse, but some other rather large, gentle giant…

I’d forgotten about that Mouse. I need to bring them back for a cameo.
I can’t remember the big guy’s name, either, or if I ever used it.
