If any of you know someone who needs a good camera.
I have a Canon 40D that I will never use again.
Looking for someone who has potential as a photographer, but doesn’t have decent equipment.
Free to a good home, will even buy a kit lens to include with it.
Oh, no. I have three other systems, if you don’t count film.
I just don’t use the 40D any more, and would like for it to go to someone who will appreciate it.
Petercat, as much as I’d like a camera like that, I mostly worked with a Canon 3DS… (Never really was too satisfied with it, even though it was a $3000 camera.)
I am curious as to what lens you got with it, and if you have the flash attachment with it.
I often had to use both deflectors and divisors with the flash that I used, although most of my work was outdoors.
I’m not doing near as much with photography these days, so it would probably be wasted on me.
Besides, I’ve gotten more into writing of late, and I’m occasionally tinkering with Poser.
It’s a body, battery grip, two new batteries and charger in a sling bag.
It came with an EF 50mm 1.4, which I’m keeping to use with my 5D.
I have no EF-S lenses for it, which is why I’d be willing to buy a kit lens to go with it.
I’m hoping to find a youngling who’s just starting out and can’t afford to buy equipment.
It’s a good camera, but between my Canon 5D and my Olympus stuff, I just don’t need it.
It’s not worth the hassle of selling it, I’d rather see it go to someone who will appreciate it.
‘Head on a swivel’ – That makes perfect sense. I would add that Kajm might caution him to also learn to look Up, if he isn’t already doing so. Because in the future there’s going to be more than Cats or Kajm’s people…
I was wrong about the sort of thing taken off the jet. This is better. Doing it my way would have meant war, a war that forced the Empire to absorb people the Minister of Education clearly has no use for. But I have a hard time believing all native Hawaiians were willing participants. I suspect there is more story ahead here eventually.

You take such beautiful photos, Catman, does this mean you aren’t going to do photography any more? Damn! but I hope not!

too bad i’m too late. I’ve been wanting to get back into photography but my Olympus OM2 died and I can’t afford anything decent.
What has Robert’s attention in panel four? So far the soldiers are acting half decent, even though they shot her down.
He just naturally keeps his head on a swivel.
Remember, he trains with Kathy.

Interesting how careful they’rebeing with Miral.
Is there a plot twist coming, or is she just a very valuable prisoner?
Nah, just soldiers being soldiers.
They’re familiar with the Roman Alphabet. And I think we’ve seen Hindu-Arabic numerals before.
