I assume the ‘dance of death’ is some sort of ceremony, perhaps pledging or forming the new Clan. I can’t tell if Chirk’s left hand is holding something similar to Miral’s or not. And I’m beginning to suspect that the majority of Cats are left-handed much like the majority of humans are right-handed. I didn’t notice at first, but it seems like their Business Hand is most often the left, at least lately.
One of the differences between Pantera and Felis is that Pantera species roar. Of course, so do humans when appropriate, so naturally Cats can.
And yes, given Kelsie’s gut reaction to the videos, she may be a recruit, though possibly intending to steer a course toward minimal bloodshed if she can. Since her kin and most of her kith will be on the other side.
