I watched a video on the news that he was asked that question.
Trump stated without a doubt he can’t run and won’t try. This is
more BS from the left, trying to prove he’s going to destroy
democracy. Plus every President has either redecorated or
changed something in the whitehouse.
You got it. He can’t play with a cat he doesn’t have, with a laser pointer.
So he plays with Leftists with jokes that he does have.
Pretty much the same thing.
The Constitution clearly states, Two Consecutive Terms.
Nothing precludes multiple individual terms, separated by a break of a Presidential Term,
or greater. That, should you live that long, is clearly permitted.
Trump has served one previous Presidential term, with a four-year break,
of a Presidential Term, during the Biden regime.
This is now Trump’s First Term in his Second Presidency, not his Second Term.
Ergo, Trump can legally run for another Term in this Presidency,
making it his second Consecutive Term, as President.
At the end of that, Trump would have then served Two Consecutive Terms, as President,
and would no longer be allowed by law, to serve further, as President,
unless the Constitution was changed.
However, every other executive position is now available for Trump to hold office in,
including the office of Vice President. That’s the law, and the Constitution.
Tricky stuff, but it is what it is.
“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice,
and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President,
for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected
President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. ”
First sentence of the 22nd Amendment.
The word “consecutive” does not appear.
The only way a person can serve for more than 8 years is if
he’s the Vice president and takes over after the 18 month
remaining time frame from the current Pres dying/leaving
and the VP takes over. If the VP takes over before the 18
months, he can’t run twice. That came up when Pres Ford
took over for Pres Nixon. Ford couldn’t run for 2 terms and
cover Nixon’s time left. Nixon had barely started his second
term when the Watergate scandal came out. By time he
quit in shame, it was nearly 2 years in.
Panel 4 – This reminds me of when Minka told Janice she had
a statement, and that she would not be allowing an interview
regarding Fat Red and her publicity stunt. Janice just got her
ass handed to her, exposing her as a rich bitch who wants to
“help the downtrodden” but only with other people’s money.
She isn’t willing to spend any of HER money. This interview did
not go where she wanted it to. She should be glad to see them
leave, before they expose any more of her dirty little secrets.
I got good news today, we are getting rid of all but one cow
tomorrow. That one was promised to a family friend, but he’s
not old enough to butcher yet.
Good idea Kathy, let Janice stew in her own juices now.
What I figured, with the sudden attacks, cowardly as it was,
is clearly the ONLY reason they were claiming systems.
If they tried it any other way, they’d been shot out of orbit.
I was hoping for a better FTL drive,
but for naught.
You gotta figure all the systems the Red Devils conquered
are ripe for rebellion and will do so as soon as the Empire
attacks. Reckon the RDs are the ones who gave the Core
Worlds their FTL tech? Wonder why they allied with them
instead of just conquering them.
I’m wondering if the RDs originated on the same homeworld as
the Core and Periphery, and apparently Humans and Dragons.
Past storylines would indicate that they did not, that these were
all the known sapient species, but the RDs and their previous
victims are another set that originated elsewhere. It’s a huge
cosmos. A lot of wasted space if it’s sitting empty. And honestly,
the FTL drives are the first indication that all the wormholes
terminate in the Milky Way, and possibly in the “close”
neighborhood of Sol. No, we’ve never learned either the
native name for their home sun or linked any of them to
the names WE gave stars, but a wormhole could terminate
anywhere in space (or time) or even another universe than
the one it starts in.
I’ve often wondered that too, some worlds you may only be
able to travel to through WH’s. Someone estimated there was
at least 650,000 planets in the habitual zone in the Milky Way,
and the Elder Gods never said they only worked on Xanadu,
so if you think about it, anything our fertile minds can come
up with, may exist on some world somewhere. I watched a
CGI video on what life on a heavy grav world might look like,
it was pretty wild. A world where most life floated or flew,
what life that was on the ground was squat or jelly. Mainly
scavengers or minor predators. Even plant life had bladders
to keep them up-right.
Q: Why does President Trump keep talking about running for President in 2028
when he knows he can’t?
A: Because he doesn’t have a cat.
Maybe he likes keeping the Dems on their toes.
“F.D.R. ran for 4 terms. with my numbers i can run for 3 terms.”
I watched a video on the news that he was asked that question.

Naa, cats are smarter 😛
Too true. Even cats that act more like dogs…
Local Leftist says “Ow” Seems it’s more like Someone
lost the laser pointer in the White House to me.
Trump is just jumping after shiny things
I say that because Jasmine figured out that the red
dot was coming from my hand and ignores it now.
same with my Pooka (black).
but the half a brain cell (orange,.)
chase till battery dies.!
Trump can actually run for another Term, legally.

This where Janis sounds like a motor boat.
But, but, but
Kathy would be thinking
Butt, butt, butt head.

Sigh.. he said “today” when he meant “this weekend”
(soft thudding sounds)
I guess I need a new desk soon, the
fore-head dent is starting to crack…

‘Argh-o-naught’?
😛
OUCH

Very true, but the Empire has to convince them that they are
benign first, just like they have to every. Single. Time. Even
on Terra.

Probably how the dragons and elves got to this universe in the first place.

FYI, it is complete.
