I think Bill is right on both counts. To the point that they probably LET themselves be detected to keep her from looking for the OTHER tail, whether that worked or not.
I’d say that in the fourth panel, Angel finally realized that the tail were kids.
But how many did she noticed? Probably only spotted two and there were actually 4 or 5 monitoring her path.
just sort of wondered. are the kids trained in trailing? or any kind of training at all? or just told watch and report and be careful?
Unless I’m greatly mistaken, “the kids” are Stilyagi and are all trained – VERY well trained indeed.
