Round ears: calm and a bit slower, more contemplative.
Pointy ears: More excitable, a bit faster, and more decisive.
In the Navy, round ears generally make better staff officers, pointy ears make better combat officers.

Come to think of it, I wish I had two Gs.
You could type all of your dialogue into a word processing program and run the spellcheck.
Might be faster than looking it up in your Funk & Wagnall
