Mr. Bushear is right with his statement. ‘I can convince me, but you can’t’. So ‘Z’ and the’O’s are done as is the ensign. Wow cleaning house, with very mild collateral damage that Teresa is rectifying. Why is Teresa wearing glasses, as she doesn’t usually? I think.
She’s pestering her boyfriend because he wears glasses.
Actually, I just like the way she looks with them.
That Osambla’s daughters were forced into the Legion has always bothered me, time to make it right.
Sorry. Not buyin’ the bravo sierra. Bushear is still the son of the Slaver Captain. I’m finding it a tad hard to swallow that this acorn fell so far from the tree. Until/unless somebody trustworthy actually lands on the island and confirms what Bushear says I’m gonna reserve judgement. I know; I know. I’m awfully skeptical. I find it hard to believe that someone who was reared by the Slaver Captain could turn out so diametrically opposite in sensibilities to the one who reared them. It’s your story, Mr Cat, but I still figure you have at least one more twist up your sleeve.
I think Teresa looks great in what I initially took for fashion shades. And who knows? Maybe she usually wears contacts but, as our master storyteller has pointed out, she is wearing glasses at least in part to twig her boyfriend..
i beg to differ Bill Mullins,, my sperm donor is a hard core KKK, neo-nazi ,, even had KKK come by the house to recruit .. an i turned out so different,, that side of the “family” want nothing to do with me.!! (an who my partner is don’t help..)
i wear plain foster grants all the time ,, great eye protection.. an auto darken when i go out side,, so win win..
Good points, all. I was just leaving room for our master storyteller to slip in another plot twist. I am glad all of you managed not to end up not emulating your male gamete donor. But there is a reason for the old saw about the acorn not falling far from the tree. I’d like to think that I have many of my Dad’s better traits. Guess I lucked out in the sperm donor dept. I kinda hope Bushear DOES turn out to be a good guy. I’m just of the “Trust Allah but tie up your camel.” school of thought.

Good Job.

Well, all I can say is that I turned out nothing like my father, outside of my height.
I haven’t spoken to that monster since I was eighteen.
Count me as another in that class.
I am convinced, and someday will have the DNA testing done to prove, that I was swapped in the hospital.
